What is AMC 10?

The AMC 10 is a 25-question, 75-minute, multiple-choice examination in high school mathematics designed to promote the development and enhancement of problem-solving skills. The AMC 10 is for students in 10th grade and below, and covers the high school curriculum up to 10th grade (MAA, 2021).

Why is AMC 10 important?

AMC 10 is the “entrance exam” to professional mathemetical competition track for middle school students. It is organized by Mathmetical Associatation of America and extraordinary students will be selected to the national olympiad team based on the exam results. Top performers in AMC 10 will be invited to AIME, and the score of AIME and AMC10/12 will be evaluated to see if a student is qualified to attend USA(J)MO.

Let's Rock AMC 10

“Let’s Rock AMC 10” is a 4-week intensive exam prep class that happens 1 month before the real exam. The class will focus on the challenging part of the exam, including Algebra, Geometry, Combinatorics and Number Theory. These questions often show up after Question 16 in exam and are typically where distinguish students from getting honor roll rewards. Entrance exam is required.

Class Time: Saturday 4:00 pm ~6:30 pm PDT

AMC 10 Mock Test

Think Academy will offer a free AMC 10 mock exam to better prepare students to get used to the real exam scenario. Also it is an objective evaluation for students to see where they are before the real exam coming. Students can strengthen the weak parts they need to improve within the count-down days.
